Developed By: Anthony Corcutt

This customizable Google AdSense widget lets you choose one of 12 default sizes to display AdSense code on most blogs and personal sites, except MySpace. This particular Google AdSense widget also lets you customize the border, background, link and URL colors. Lastly, you can select a type of corner display (square, slightly or very rounded), and keywords to help AdSense generate relevant ads for your site. The Google AdSense widget will not display the keywords you enter. To help obtain more relevant ads you should also consider using a descriptive title for the widget.

As with most widgets found on WidgetBox.com, you can get specific code for embedding this widget on Blogger, TypePad, iGoogle, PageFlakes, Piczo, Orkut, Hi5 and many other personal publishing spaces.

Mpire Trend Watch Widget
Affiliate Program: Amazon Associates, eBay Affiliate
Developed By: Mpire
Use On: Web site, TypePad, Blogger and WordPress.

Online shopping site Mpire, which also operates the shopping widget advertising network WidgetBucks, enables bloggers and those with a personal Web page to create a trend widget that works with the Amazon Associates or eBay Affiliate programs. It is important to note that when using these widgets Mpire does not take a cut of your Amazon or eBay affiliate earnings.

To start the process of customizing your own Mpire widget you should first register on the Mpire site. To add an Mpire Trend Watch Widget you will need to provide the following information for customization: a title for your widget, your site URL and your eBay affiliate PID and/or Amazon Associates ID. Then you simply select which product categories you want to use for your trend watch, the number of items to display, the widget color, and optional product picks.

Once you have provided this information you continue on to copy the code you need to display the widget on your own Web site or view specific instructions on how to embed the code on a TypePad, Blogger or WordPress blog. In addition to the Mpire Trend Watch widget, you can also choose the following widgets: eBay Mover & Shakers, Mpire Price Check, or eBay Top Searches.

Ticketmaster Affiliate Widgets
Affiliate Program: Ticketmaster Affiliate program
Developed By: Ticketmaster
Use On:
Web site, blogs, e-mail, social networking sites.

Just last month Ticketmaster, through its affiliate program, launched a selection of interesting widgets called Event Engine Widgets. These new widgets let affiliates post relevant content about upcoming events on their blogs and Web sites. Ticketmaster widgets are a perfect match for anyone publishing content that, for example, pertain to city guides or those with music-oriented fan sites. What's unique about these widgets is that they are dynamically updated with the latest relevant information from Ticketmaster. When you choose a location or specific artist, if there is no current event information, the widget will still display relevant information for your site readers. Ticketmaster offers the following widgets through its affiliate program which pays a commission per event ticket sold through your referral link.

  • Artist/Performer: A widget for your favorite performer. When the performer is on tour the widget will dynamically list all upcoming dates. If there are currently no shows available users on your site will see artist info page links and bios.
  • Regional Event: This widget will help site visitors find events close to hotels, restaurants or local neighborhoods by listing upcoming events that are nearest to the location you specify.
  • Regional Venue: A bit like the Regional Event widget, the regional venue displays live entertainment venues nearest your specified location.
  • Venue Calendar: Here you select a specific venue and the widget will display a list of upcoming events at the venue you specify. This would be an excellent widget for those maintaining city guide and directory type blogs and sites.
